Biography
Elias Vance maps Wildoria in his head the way other people map their childhood. He aligns with the Fasters for one reason - a city that moves needs streets that move, and Elias designs streets that do not waste a single citizen's stride.
He speaks in blueprints and trade-offs. He is patient with disagreement and intolerant of vagueness. If a neighborhood wants three things, he will tell them which two cost less when budgeted together and let them argue about the third.
Famous in council chambers for ending circular debates with a single line: "That's not a decision. That's a feeling."
Talk to Elias when proposing new buildings, district renames, or zoning changes. His office handles the maps_locations registry and signs off on every new shop, hall, and gate.
