Items & Rarity
Not all swords are created equal. In Wildoria, the quality of an item determines its stats, durability, and value.
Rarity Scale
We follow a universal color-coded rarity system:
| Color | Rarity | Description | source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gray | Junk | Broken parts, trash. Sell to NPCs. | Common Drops |
| White | Common | Standard equipment. Mass-produced. | Basic Crafting, Shops |
| Green | Uncommon | Slightly improved stats. | Dungeon Drops, Skilled Crafting |
| Blue | Rare | Significant stat boosts. Often has a special effect. | Bosses, Expert Crafting |
| Purple | Epic | Powerful artifacts. Defines a build. | Raid Bosses |
| Orange | Legendary | Unique. One of a kind per server or extremely rare. | World Events |
Durability
All equipment has Durability.
- Wear & Tear: Weapons lose durability when hitting; armor loses durability when taking damage.
- Breaking: If durability reaches 0, the item becomes "Broken" (Stats = 0) until repaired.
- Repairing: Can be done at any Blacksmith NPC for a Gold fee.
Item Binding
- Bind on Equip (BoE): Can be traded until you wear it. Once worn, it is locked to your account.
- Bind on Pickup (BoP): Cannot be traded. Usually quest rewards or high-tier raid loot.
