Shift Economy
Each completed shift grants income and profession XP. Both scale with grade. The first 2 shifts/day get a ×1.5 daily streak bonus; stacked shifts decay (×1.0 → ×0.9 → ×0.75 → ×0.5) and reset after 4 idle hours.
