Every two weeks a race town opens a campaign once its citizens gather in the town square. Citizens hand over goods, each worth a number of points, up to a personal limit. If the town reaches the goal in time, everyone who contributed is rewarded according to their share; if time runs out, the campaign fails and pays nothing.
